Wonch Valuation Advisors is a business valuation and financial forensics firm. Business valuation involves determining an estimate of value for an entire business or an ownership interest in a business. We specialize in owner exits/buy-ins and legal disputes. Financial forensics involves financial calculations and investigations the results of which can be used in the legal process and ultimately be presented in a court of law.
We do this work on a project or hourly basis. When our client’s needs are well-defined, we quote a fee or fee range for a project that typically results in a written report. When the requirements are less well-defined, we work for an hourly rate, keeping clients abreast of our progress. We strive to make sure our client’s needs are understood at the outset in order to provide the appropriate level of service.
